Amendments are to be made to the Law ‘On Foreign Economic Activity’, the Law ‘On licensing system in the sphere of economic activity’ and the Law ‘On the list of permits in the sphere of economic activity.’
During the Committee meeting it was noted that the aim of the bill is to bring legal framework of permits issuance for re-export of goods and individual licenses for conducting by residents property investments outside of Ukraine in compliance with legislation in the sphere of permit system.
